Outlook Setup

Click the video walkthrough to the right to guide you through setting up Microsoft Outlook 2003 with your Insite Advice email account.

Remote Control

Download the VNC Server installer by clicking here. Install the application using the default options. Once installed, you will see a small 'VNC' logo in the bottom right of your taskbar. Right-click the logo and left-click 'Add new Client'. In this box type 'insiteadvice.dyndns.org'. After a brief moment, a support specialist at Insite Advice should be controlling your computer.
